Adam Alqali

Adam Alqali is an international award-winning journalist, media consultant/trainer cum editor-in-chief of African Newspage. He won the 2018 West Africa Media Excellence and Conference Awards (WAMECA) in the SDGs reporting category and was part of an international team of journalists, media entrepreneurs and academics who participated in 2021 Inflection Point International (IPI) – a global study accessing the impact, threats and sustainability of independent digital media. He has previously consulted for intergovernmental and development agencies such as the African Union, ECOWAS, GIZ, UK-FCDO, USAID, TRALAC etc.
