Mission Statement

African Newspage is on a mission to bridge the huge gap existing in media reportage of sustainable development issues in Africa, guided by Africa’s Agenda 2063: the strategic framework for the continent’s inclusive and sustainable development. African Newspage is a member of the African Union Economic, Social and Cultural Council (AU-ECOSOCC).

 

Our Pledge

We hereby pledge to uphold the established code of ethics “canons” of journalism in the discharge of our duties by abiding by the cardinal guiding principles of accuracy, objectivity, impartiality and public accountability in the exercise of our fundamental right to a free press!
